Color Magazine Announces Panelists for Second Annual Women of Color Leadership and Empowerment Forum


What: 2nd Annual Women of Color Leadership & Empowerment Forum
Who: A panel of leading women entrepreneurs and executives
When: Thursday, June 16th, 6-11 p.m.
Where: Ritz-Carlton, 10 Avery Street, Boston, MA


Boston 4/1/11 - Color Magazine announced today the panelists for The Women of Color Leadership and Empowerment Forum on Thursday, June 16th from 6 - 11 p.m. at the Ritz-Carlton, Boston.

Comedian and writer Mimi Gonzalez will return to moderate this year's panel of leading women executives and entrepreneurs: Maria Lopez, former star of the TV show Judge Maria Lopez; Marita Rivero, VP and GM for Radio and Television WGBH; Nina Vaca, founder and CEO Pinnacle; Janet Porter, Executive VP and COO Dana Farber Cancer Insitute; Carole Berotte Joseph, president CUNY; Deborah Enos, president and CEO of Neighborhood Health Plan.

A cocktail reception will kick off the night, followed by an intimate dinner, unique panel-style discussion and a chance for networking.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Raising A Reader, which encourages and enables children to develop a lifelong love of reading.
